These rules apply to all products sold by Resin by Diksha and are designed to ensure a fair and premium experience for our entire community.

1.Products

  • All products sold by Resin by Diksha are handcrafted and may have slight variations in color, pattern, and texture. These are not defects but part of the uniqueness of handmade art.
  • Product images on the website are representative. Actual products may vary slightly from the photographs.
  • Custom or personalized orders are made to order and may require additional processing time.

2.Orders & Payments

  • All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment.
  • Prices listed on the website are inclusive of all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • We accept payments via UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and other methods available at checkout.

3.Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 3–7 business days. Custom orders may take longer.
  • Shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout.
  • We take great care in packaging to ensure your product arrives safely. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

4.Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
  • Custom or personalized orders are non-refundable.

5.Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. For custom orders, cancellation is only possible before production has started. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.

6.Data Privacy

7.Changes to Policy / Terms and Conditions

Resin by Diksha reserves the right to change or modify the policies, rules, or any/all of the terms and conditions mentioned here at any time.

We value our relationship with our customers and aim to resolve any issues through friendly and direct communication.

  • Mutual Discussion: In the event of a disagreement regarding product quality, delivery, or policy interpretation, both parties agree to first attempt a resolution through an informal discussion via email or Instagram.
  • Final Decision: If a mutual agreement cannot be reached, the decision of Resin by Diksha regarding the matter shall be final and binding.

9.Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. By using our services, you agree that any legal proceedings or disputes arising out of or relating to your purchase or use of this website shall be settled exclusively under the jurisdiction of the courts in India.
